At loveli studio, each print is carefully produced to meet our high standards. We want you to love your art, and we're here to make things right if something isn't as it should be.
Eligible Returns
We offer refunds or replacements for:
- Prints damaged during shipping
- Significant printing defects or quality issues
- Orders that arrive materially different from what was ordered
Return Process
If you receive a print with quality issues:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@loveli.studio
- Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
- We'll review your case and respond within 3 business days
- If approved, we'll send a replacement or process a full refund
What We Cannot Accept
Since each print is made to order specifically for you:
- Returns due to change of mind or personal preference
- Minor variations in color due to different monitor displays
- Damage caused after delivery
